Activities in general and occupation in the sense of directed and structured work have a prominent place in our concept. Yet, they are merely two of the aspects within a more complex offer.

First of all, we regard work as a basic human right and see part of the human dignity in it. The principles of individualization and differentiation here are just as valid as in other areas.

To challenge without asking too much and to pay attention to the individual strong points, abilities and interests for the persons’ development – these are our declared goals of our methodological thoughts. Therefore, the requirements of work vary according to the ressources of the individual.
